Our speaker will be Filip Saranovic on "The Possible Consequences of Brexit for Shipping Law".

Filip is a Lecturer in Maritime Law and Governing Board Member of the Institute of Maritime Law at the University of Southampton, UK. He was previously teaching assistant at the University of Cambridge. Filip is finalising his PhD thesis on the private international law aspects of freezing (Mareva) injunctions, as part of which he was Visiting Researcher at Harvard Law School on the theoretical foundations of jurisdiction and asset preservation relief.
